Exchange & Replacement Policy ā No Refunds
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Only one-time exchange or replacement is available, subject to the conditions mentioned below.
Pickup by Us
If the customer opts for a pickup arranged by us, a shipping fee of ā¹200 per piece will be applicable.
Eligibility for Exchange
Once we receive the returned parcel, our team will conduct a thorough quality check to verify the product's condition.
The product will be eligible for exchange only if:

The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

The product returned is the same product originally shipped by Wovley.com.

All original tags and packaging are intact.

The exchange request is made according to our exchange policy.

Only one exchange/replacement is allowed per order.
The quality-check and exchange process may take 8ā10 days after we receive the returned parcel.
Ineligible Returns
If the returned product fails our quality check, is used/washed/damaged, is missing tags or packaging, or is not the original product shipped by us, it will not be eligible for exchange or replacement.
For proof, the customer must hand over the return parcel to the delivery person and share the return handover video and photos with our customer care team.
Exchange for Another Product
Customers may exchange their dress for another dress of equal or greater value.

If the replacement product has a higher value, the customer will have to pay the price difference.

Free shipping is not available for exchanged products when pickup is arranged by us.

If the customer sends the product back themselves through their own courier, no pickup or re-shipping fee will be charged by us.
Product Material or Color Preference
Exchange or replacement will not be accepted if the customer simply does not like the material, color, print, or appearance of the dress.
We strongly recommend that customers carefully check the product description, fabric details, color, size, and product images before placing an order.
Important Note
Please make sure to record a clear parcel-opening video immediately after receiving the order. This video may be required as proof in case of any product-related issue.
